Our trip to Durban, South Africa

It took us a total of 36 hours to get to Durban from Lusaka.
(Hey, I'm not even counting the nine hour trip from Mongu to Lusaka!)
So, then, the question remains ...

"Why did we go to Durban?!"


That's easy!
Shopping!		 Movies!
(Me and Jackie!)		 And, of course, McDonalds!!
Okay, okay.
So we also went for the ocean		 It was my first time to any ocean, 
and I found the Indian ocean very 
warm and had a great time in the waves
We went to three beaches when we were there ... One used to be an Indian beach, one was for whites and one was for coloureds (those of mixed race) Though a nice place to visit I'm exceedingly glad I'm in Zambia
We could look our livingroom 
window and see the ocean
Although only a short, and pleasant walk away, we were cautioned against it
The place we stayed also had a pool. Elizabeth, Dorothy and I all had a really nice get away and were ready for home at the end of out time in Durban.
